We are seeking proactive and results-driven Telecaller Sales Executives to join our remote team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products, and driving sales for our e-commerce platform specializing in FMCG, skincare, and beauty care products.
Customer Engagement: Make outbound calls to potential customers, especially those seeking work-from-home opportunities, to introduce and promote our products.
Product Presentation: Clearly explain product offerings, benefits, and the company’s compensation structure.
Lead Conversion: Convert leads into customers through effective communication and persuasive skills.
Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential and existing customers to build strong relationships.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies and share insights.
Education:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred: Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is beneficial.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
