  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Efficiently manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience upon arrival and departure.

  • Guest Services and Inquiries: Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, addressing all their queries and needs promptly.

  • Reservation Management: Handle reservations, including making new bookings, modifying existing ones, and assisting with cancellations while maintaining accurate guest records.

  • Billing and Payment Processing: Accurately process guest payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure all charges are correctly applied to guest accounts.

  • Guest Complaint Resolution: Address guest complaints or issues professionally, ensuring swift resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.

  • Coordination with Other Departments: Communicate with housekeeping, maintenance, F&B, and other departments to meet guest requests and special requirements promptly.

  • Maintaining Front Desk Operations: Ensure that the front desk area is well-organized, clean, and operates smoothly, including managing phone lines and guest messages.

  • Customer Service Excellence: Consistently deliver high levels of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.

  • Safety and Security: Follow hotel security protocols to ensure guest safety, including monitoring access to the property and guest rooms.

  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, managing guest correspondence, and updating records to ensure smooth operations.

  • Previous experience in a front office or customer service role is a plus
