???? Job Description

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Account Management: Handle all customer-related matters and act as a single point of contact for existing clients.

• Revenue Generation: Drive service revenue and product sales from existing customers.

• Customer Support: Deliver exceptional service via phone, email, and other communication channels.

• Service Contracts: Prepare and execute Service Contracts and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), including renewals.

• Proactive Sales: Prepare and submit service/product quotations and follow up on orders and purchase confirmations.

• Relationship Building: Maintain cordial and ongoing relationships with clients, addressing their feedback and complaints professionally.

• CRM Management: Update client records and maintain service documentation in CRM systems and internal databases.

• Supplier Registration: Ensure timely renewal of supplier registrations with customers.

???? Key Requirements

• Experience: 2-3 years in sales, customer service, client support, or coordination roles.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Documentation: Experience in preparing AMCs, contracts, and quotations.

• Multitasking & Organization: Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Customer-Oriented: Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

• Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and basic CRM tools.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
