Position Overview:

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in creating an outstanding customer experience. You will guide customers through the store, assist them in finding what they need, and showcase our products. Your role will be essential in contributing to both your success and the success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service:

   • Share fashion and product knowledge to help customers make informed choices.

   • Assist customers in finding what they need and provide personalized recommendations.

   • Ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout their shopping journey.

2. Store Operations:

   • Keep the sales floor and back of house well-stocked, organized, and inviting.

   • Support with opening and closing of the store.

   • Represent yourself and the brand positively during all customer interactions.

3. Team Collaboration:

   • Work with your team to deliver exceptional service at every step of the customer journey.

   • Collaborate across stores and with the Area Team to share insights and drive success together.

You will be part of a dynamic store team, working alongside Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and more. Together, you'll create an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers and help make fashion accessible and sustainable.
