We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager for our Life Insurance Company in Chandigarh. This position is open to both freshers and candidates with 0-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
Identify potential clients and develop relationships to drive sales.
Conduct presentations and meetings with clients to promote life insurance products.
Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports and forecasts to management.
Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Sales experience or background in customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of life insurance products and services.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
