Job Title: Sales & Business Development - PEB (Pre-Engineered Building)

Location: Shalimar Bagh, Delhi, Delhi (Remote Work Option Available)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹4,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per month


Job Summary

This role focuses on driving sales and business development within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales, technical knowledge, and client relationship management skills. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PEB sector.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and trends.

  • Present PEB solutions to potential clients and build long-term relationships.

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support.

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.

Technical Knowledge

  • Possess a strong understanding of PEB design, construction, and industry standards.

  • Be able to explain technical aspects of PEB solutions to clients.

  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.

Sales Process Management

  • Adhere to established sales processes and procedures.

  • Track and report on sales activities and performance.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Technical knowledge of PEB design and construction.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
