This role focuses on driving sales and business development within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales, technical knowledge, and client relationship management skills. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and securing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets.
Sales & Business Development
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the PEB sector.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and trends.
Present PEB solutions to potential clients and build long-term relationships.
Client Relationship Management
Manage relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively and promptly.
Technical Knowledge
Possess a strong understanding of PEB design, construction, and industry standards.
Be able to explain technical aspects of PEB solutions to clients.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
Sales Process Management
Adhere to established sales processes and procedures.
Track and report on sales activities and performance.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Technical knowledge of PEB design and construction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
