In this role, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services to customers via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Revenue Growth

   • Generate new sales leads and convert inquiries into bookings.

   • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

   • Upsell and cross-sell travel products and services to increase transaction value.

2. Customer Service

   • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.

   • Build rapport with customers, understand their travel needs, and offer personalized solutions.

3. Product Knowledge

   • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of travel products and services, including destinations, airlines, hotels, and tour operators.

   • Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and competitor activities.

4. Telesales and Communication

   • Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with customers and close sales.

   • Handle customer objections, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

5. Data Entry and Administration

   • Accurately enter customer data, bookings, and sales information into CRM systems.

   • Maintain accurate records, reports, and sales metrics to track performance.

Requirements

1. Education

   • High school diploma or equivalent required.

   • Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred.

2. Experience

   • 2-5 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or the travel industry.

3. Skills

   • Proven sales and customer service skills with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.

   • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

   • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple interactions simultaneously.
