Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with UK-based leads to schedule free online counseling sessions.
• Explain the importance of government funding in education and encourage registration for guidance.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and addressing potential student queries.
• Manage and update the online database after each communication.
• Generate referrals and leads to earn additional incentives.
• No cold calling is involved.

Requirements

• Communication Skills: Exceptional English and general communication abilities are essential.
• Experience: At least 1 year in KPO/BPO sales (Preferred).
• Personal Traits: Must be personable, mature, and able to work under pressure.
• Availability: Willing to work for 6 days a week and travel to the Chembur office if required.

• Fluent in Hindi and English
