Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to potential clients, presenting and promoting our suite of IT services.
• Identify client needs, offer tailored solutions, and effectively communicate the value of our services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment of new clients.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in IT services and the competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in tele-sales, IT services, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional tone.
• Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales targets.
• Basic understanding of IT services, software, and related solutions (training will be provided).
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
• Experience with B2B sales cycles and lead generation strategies.
• Experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
