  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and fulfillment of new clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in tele-sales, IT services, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive and professional tone.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, software, and related solutions (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience with B2B sales cycles and lead generation strategies.
  • Experience in cold calling and lead qualification.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
