Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, answering inquiries, and supporting sales efforts via phone. The ideal candidate should be confident, articulate, and customer-focused while promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

???? Outbound Calling: Call potential clients to promote products, services, or offers.
???? Lead Generation: Identify & qualify leads, promote offerings, and follow up to close deals.
???? Customer Interaction: Address inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns.
???? Data Entry & CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records and track leads in the CRM system.
???? Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure high satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills

✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred: Degree in business or related field).
✔ Experience: Freshers are welcome! (Preferred: Experience in customer service, sales, or telecalling).
✔ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
✔ Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Language Skills: Fluency in Hindi, English, or other local languages is a plus.
✔ Preferred Experience: Exposure to B2B sales or call center operations is advantageous.
