Role Overview

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support across various digital and telephone channels. You will build strong relationships with customers, drive revenue growth, and ensure service excellence.

This role requires proactive engagement with customers, the ability to interpret their needs, and the promotion of Cathay Pacific services and brands through direct channels.


Key Responsibilities

✅ Provide global customer service to Cathay Pacific customers via:

  • Digital platforms (Live chat, WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, etc.)
  • Telephone channels

✅ Assist customers with new bookings, travel products, fares, and services.
✅ Guide customers to use Cathay Pacific’s mobile app and website (cathaypacific.com) for self-service.
✅ Achieve key performance targets (customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and revenue goals).
✅ Maximize revenue by identifying sales opportunities and delivering excellent customer service.


Candidate Requirements

Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of the local market language is an advantage.
Customer-focused attitude with strong listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to work both independently and in a team.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality service.
✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Willingness to work in shifts.
✔ Candidates with the following language proficiency scores will have an advantage:

  • TOEIC score of 325 (Reading & Listening)
  • IELTS Academic Band Score of 6.0 or higher
