As an Executive - Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients, addressing queries, handling complaints, and maintaining professional communication through calls and emails. You will also manage customer accounts, document interactions, and follow up on issues to ensure customer satisfaction.


???? Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service Support: Attend calls, respond to emails, and provide information regarding products and services.

  • Handle Customer Queries: Address and resolve customer inquiries with prompt solutions.

  • Client Account Management: Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring repeat business.

  • Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, complaints, comments, and actions taken.

  • Problem Solving: Identify issues and ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are implemented.

  • Operational Support: Assist with customers' operational requests.

  • Reporting: Create reports in Excel and Google Sheets, manage portals, and take orders.

  • Maintain Call Quality: Ensure quality in every call and maintain a polite and professional demeanor.


✅ Requirements:

  • Educational Qualifications: Undergraduate/Graduate/Postgraduate (preferably with prior international call center experience).

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi (preferred).

  • Experience: Fresher candidates with or without experience in customer service, BPO, data entry, back-office, or call center roles are encouraged to apply.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in multitasking and navigating a Windows environment.

  • Analytical Skills: Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with Amex Card products is a plus.
