Job Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹9,768.18 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Shift: Day shift


Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via chat, email, and social media.

  • Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and concerns.

  • Assist customers with order tracking, shipping details, and return/exchange requests.

  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve products and services.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably in eCommerce or retail (not mandatory).

  • Good written communication skills in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Passion for helping customers.
