???? Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Handle international calls from customers in the U.S., UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
✅ Provide product and service support for medical billing (Physician & Hospital Billing).
✅ Respond to customer queries and resolve billing-related issues.
✅ Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.
✅ Work collaboratively with teams to improve revenue collection processes.

???? Skills Required

✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English.
✔ Strong logical reasoning & analytical skills.
✔ Ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
✔ Comfortable with night shifts (US shift, UK shift, evening shift).
✔ Effective interpersonal skills for client interactions.

???? Eligibility Criteria

???? Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller (Physician Billing & Hospital Billing Only).
• Experience letters are mandatory.

???? Education:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or higher (Preferred).

???? Language:

• Fluency in English is required.
• No regional language requirements.

???? Other Requirements:

• No Non-Voice Requirements (Only Voice Process).
• Candidates must be willing to work from the office (No remote work).
