Key Responsibilities

✔ Itinerary Management: Design, plan, and customize travel itineraries to ensure a seamless client experience.
✔ Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and transport services to secure bookings.
✔ Customer Service: Address client inquiries, provide travel assistance, and resolve any operational issues efficiently.
✔ Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all travel documents (visas, tickets, insurance) comply with regulations.
✔ Operational Execution: Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and amendments to travel plans.
✔ Cost Management: Negotiate with suppliers for the best rates and ensure cost-effective travel solutions.
✔ Technology Utilization: Work with in-house travel management software to streamline operations.
✔ Reporting & Feedback: Prepare operational reports, analyze customer feedback, and improve service quality.
