Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing the origination and integration of new partners in their assigned territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with partner retailers and stakeholders through fieldwork (store visits) and direct sales at kiosks. You will also provide support, training, implement incentive campaigns, and target marketing to ensure compliance and exceed sales and productivity objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Store Activation Targets: Meet monthly sales and store activation targets by increasing merchant productivity and overall market share.

  • Merchant Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with merchants, ensuring continued sales and problem-solving in the conversion to customers on the PayJoy platform.

  • Store Visits and Training: Visit stores to train sales teams, promote marketing materials, and activate incentive campaigns.

  • Sales Strategies: Develop strategies to increase sales in your assigned area, including market and competition analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

  • New Business Partners: Identify and contact new business partners, ensuring they meet PayJoy’s requirements and activating them once authorized.

  • Customer Database and Reporting: Keep customer data updated, record all interactions and sales, and prepare sales reports and performance analysis for management.


Requirements

  • Education: Technical or university studies in Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, software sales, mobile devices, or field sales within the telecommunications industry.

  • Skills:

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building effective relationships and training business partner personnel.

    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

    • Result-oriented with proactivity, organization, perseverance, and resilience.

  • Additional Requirements:

    • Availability to travel to visit stores, with personal transportation (car or motorcycle) for covering assigned areas.
