As an Account Executive, you will be the face of HackerEarth, driving sales by showcasing and selling our product offerings to enterprises.
✅ Prospecting & Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential clients across India.
Generate meetings with C-level and VP-level executives from your prospect list.
Build a predictable opportunity pipeline to meet sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually.
✅ Sales Execution & Relationship Management:
Discover, pitch, demo, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain strong client relationships to increase customer spending on HackerEarth solutions.
Clearly assess client requirements and provide value-driven solutions.
✅ Revenue & Target Achievement:
Consistently meet and exceed new business sales quotas.
Manage accurate sales forecasts and ensure timely invoicing & payment collection.
✅ Industry & Product Expertise:
Develop a deep understanding of tech hiring and the HR tech industry.
Use CRM tools and sales tech stacks to capture market data and drive sales strategically.
✅ Experience & Skills:
4-6 years of direct SaaS sales experience in enterprise segments.
Proven ability to sell to C-level executives and decision-makers.
Strong experience in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and targeted email outreach.
Hands-on experience in building a sales pipeline and converting new prospects into customers.
✅ Sales Mindset & Attitude:
Passionate, disciplined, and competitive sales professional.
Strong ability to actively listen, identify pain points, and sell solutions that deliver business impact.
