We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our team at our Pune, India office.

Key Responsibilities

???? Student Advisory & Enrollment

• Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing both academic and financial queries.
• Promote and sell TECH’s academic programs via phone calls.
• Provide information on various graduate and postgraduate programs offered by the university.

???? Customer Support & Retention

• Ensure student satisfaction by offering continuous support throughout their academic journey.
• Maintain regular follow-ups to address student concerns and improve retention rates.

What We Expect from You

✔️ Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, preferably in the education sector.
✔️ Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and phone communication skills.
✔️ Proactive & Ambitious: Motivated to grow within a rapidly expanding organization.
✔️ Work Mode: This is an on-site role in Pune—applicants must be available for in-office work.
