Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to assist with customer outreach and enrollment efforts. This is a remote, part-time role, ideal for candidates with strong communication and marketing skills.

???? Engage with potential customers to increase enrollments.
???? Manage social media platforms and optimize marketing campaigns.
???? Utilize Facebook and Google Ads to maximize reach and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Customer Outreach & Registration

• Interact with customers and assist with the registration process.
• Make 40-50 calls daily to clients and colleges to promote enrollments.

✅ Marketing & Social Media Management

• Manage and update social media platforms to attract potential leads.
• Run Facebook and Google Ads to maximize clicks and cost efficiency.
• Plan and execute marketing strategies targeting college students and retail leads.

✅ Sales Strategy Development

• Develop and implement strategies to increase enrollments.
• Work on sales and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Education:

• 12th Pass (Higher Secondary) Required.

✔ Skills & Experience:

• Fluency in Marathi (Required).
• At least one year of internship experience (Preferred).
• Strong communication and marketing skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, and ad campaigns is a plus.
