About the Role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll guide customers through the store, showcase our products, and contribute to the success of both the team and the company.

Key Responsibilities

???? Customer Service & Sales:

• Share your fashion knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.

• Provide outstanding in-store experiences while promoting products and driving sales.

• Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the shopping journey.

????️ Store Operations:

• Ensure the sales floor and back-of-house areas are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.

• Support with opening and closing procedures for the store.

• Represent H&M positively during all customer interactions.

???? Team Collaboration:

• Work with the Store Team—including Sales Advisors, Managers, and Visual Merchandisers—to create a welcoming environment.

• Collaborate with the Area Team to share insights and contribute to company-wide goals.

Who You Are

We are looking for individuals with:

✅ Experience & Skills:

• Prior customer service experience in fashion, retail, or similar industries.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
