As a Partner Sales Engineer, you will serve as a technical and consultative expert, bridging the gap between Orchestry's innovative solutions and the needs of our partners and customers. Your role will involve a blend of technical expertise, customer engagement, and strategic communication to drive growth and adoption of Orchestry's Microsoft 365 solutions.
???? Product Demonstrations: Conduct tailored, engaging demos to showcase how Orchestry addresses collaboration challenges.
???? Technical Expertise: Lead in-depth technical discussions with partners and customers to position Orchestry as a preferred Microsoft 365 solution.
???? Partner Enablement: Support partner onboarding, training, and enablement to ensure effective reselling and implementation.
???? Onboarding Support: Guide partners and customers through the implementation process, ensuring seamless adoption.
???? Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to incorporate feedback into product development and go-to-market strategies.
???? Consulting: Offer strategic guidance to partners and customers to maximize Microsoft 365 usage.
???? Thought Leadership: Represent Orchestry as a subject matter expert in Microsoft 365 through webinars, events, and marketing initiatives.
✅ Experience (3-10 years):
✔ Consulting or technical sales experience in Microsoft productivity tools (Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
✔ Previous experience working with partners, ISVs, or customers in pre-sales or technical enablement.
✅ Technical Skills:
✔ Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 architecture and ecosystem.
✔ Ability to perform technical demonstrations and engage in solution-driven discussions.
✔ Familiarity with governance, adoption, and productivity challenges in Microsoft 365.
✅ Communication & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
✔ Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.
✔ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
✅ Education:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a relevant field (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).
