Job Title: Business Analyst (SCM Reporting)

Location: Gurugram, Haryana (Work from Office)
Salary: ₹3,50,000 - ₹6,50,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report Management:

   • Develop and maintain management reports, including daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports across different SCM departments.

2. Automation & Scheduling:

   • Automate and schedule report generation to improve efficiency and accuracy.

3. Data Analysis:

   • Understand key business concepts to collect, analyze, and present data effectively.

4. Business Reporting:

   • Maintain business analysis reports for internal clients, ensuring relevant and actionable insights.

5. Process Improvement:

   • Establish processes to facilitate report requests from management and provide necessary support.

6. Collaboration:

   • Collaborate with the product development team for the implementation and optimization of report generation.

7. Data Backup:

   • Perform regular data backups to ensure the security and integrity of information.

8. Ad-hoc Tasks:

   • Assist with miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, and Unicommerce (or equivalent planning and calculation tools).
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Ability to understand business operations and produce insights that align with strategic goals.

Additional Details:

• Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary Range: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
• Work Location: On-site (Gurugram, Haryana)
