Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will excel at building strong relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and closing deals within the publishing services sector. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
  • Profile clients, analyze their needs, and update the database accordingly.
  • Identify client requirements and offer tailored solutions based on our service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services to address client queries confidently.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams to align strategies and campaigns.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in European and North American markets.
  • Proven sales experience, ideally in the service industry (banking, telecom, insurance, SaaS, etc.).
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
