Job Requirements

???? Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of target-based outbound sales experience (EdTech experience preferred)
• Freshers passionate about sales & those who have attempted Kerala PSC exams are welcome

???? Education:

• Any Graduate/Diploma/Postgraduate can apply

???? Skills:

• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory
• Strong communication & persuasion skills
• Must be immediate joiners

Key Responsibilities

???? Sales Conversion: Move prospects from the initial contact phase to the qualified phase via phone calls.
???? Counsel & Convert: Guide prospects and convert them into customers to earn commissions.
⏳ Lead Management: Quickly respond to assigned leads.
???? User Outreach: Engage with app users who have downloaded Challenger App & provide them with the best training to achieve their dream job.
