Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective strategies for sourcing candidates.
  • Job Postings: Write and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and company websites to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and shortlist candidates for interviews.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate cultural fit with the company.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Candidate Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Data Management: Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities, interview feedback, and candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Represent Amazon at job fairs, recruitment events, and online platforms to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or a similar role.
  • Recruitment Tools: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring timely hires.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate compensation packages and benefits with candidates.
  • Organizational Skills: Attention to detail with excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using MS Office and HR software tools.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a corporate or agency environment.
  • Experience recruiting for diverse roles across multiple departments (administrative, technical, managerial).
  • Familiarity with recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection processes.

Working Hours:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Flexible working hours may be considered based on business needs).
