Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, conducting interviews, candidate selection, and onboarding.
  • Employee Records and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Performance Management: Assist with performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback, and employee development programs.
  • Employee Benefits and Payroll: Administer employee benefits programs and address payroll-related inquiries.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related concerns, offering guidance and support as needed.
  • Training and Development: Coordinate and lead employee training and development initiatives to enhance workforce skills.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
  • Employee Welfare Programs: Coordinate employee welfare activities, including events, health programs, and engagement initiatives.
  • HR Reporting and Analytics: Prepare HR reports, metrics, and analysis to support senior management decision-making processes.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferred).
  • HR Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and employee benefits administration.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.

Experience

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferred).
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) or payroll systems is a plus.
  • Prior experience in recruitment, employee relations, or training is an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
  • Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (flexibility may be required based on business needs).
