Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations for management.
• Help coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
• Collaborate with the HR team to implement employee engagement activities.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Participate in performance management cycles and assist managers with related tasks.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• No prior HR experience is required, but any internship experience in HR is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
• Standard working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Understanding of basic HR principles and practices.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• A keen interest in pursuing a long-term career in HR.
