Job Responsibilities

✅ Payroll & Employee Management:

• Collect and maintain employee data (bank details, working hours, leave records) for payroll processing.
• Answer employee queries regarding benefits, including vacation days.

✅ Interview Coordination & Job Posting:

• Review applications and resumes.
• Schedule and confirm candidate interviews.
• Advertise job openings, update, and remove listings from social media, career pages, and job boards.

✅ HR Administration & Compliance:

• Prepare HR-related reports (e.g., department-specific training budgets).
• Review and distribute company policies in digital or hard copy formats.
