Apple is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our dynamic team specializing in the Insurance and BPO sectors. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and other key HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting others, a deep understanding of HR processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees within the Insurance and BPO sectors.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a resource for employee concerns, addressing issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Provide guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and workplace matters.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in the performance review process, providing tools and guidance to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction. Assist in setting and tracking individual and team performance goals.
  • Training and Development: Assist in designing and implementing employee development programs to enhance skills and career growth, particularly in the insurance and BPO contexts.
  • Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and industry-specific regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and regularly update HR databases.
  • Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, feedback programs, and events to build a strong organizational culture.
  • Payroll and Benefits Administration: Oversee payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • HR Strategy: Work closely with senior management to align HR initiatives with organizational goals, with a focus on talent acquisition and retention in the Insurance and BPO sectors.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR management, ideally within the Insurance, BPO, or related industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus but not required.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the Insurance or BPO sectors.
  • Proven success in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Experience in managing HR operations in a high-volume environment is an advantage.

Working Hours:
Full-time position with standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Some flexibility may be required based on business needs.
