Work Synopsis:
Disney is seeking a talented and highly motivated Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role requires an experienced HR professional who will be responsible for overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and employee management processes within the organization. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company’s culture and ensuring that we continue to attract, retain, and develop top talent. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and candidate selection. Handle the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing inquiries, concerns, and conflicts in a confidential and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Identify employee training needs, collaborate on development programs, and track employee progress to ensure continuous skill development and career growth.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Ensure accurate processing of payroll, benefits, and other compensation programs while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes and provide guidance on managing employee performance, including setting goals and development plans.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and local labor laws to mitigate risks and maintain a compliant workplace.
- HR Reporting: Maintain and update HR records, generate HR reports, and assist management in analyzing trends in employee turnover, satisfaction, and engagement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Experience:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, with hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Experience using HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR tools.
- Familiarity with labor laws and compliance regulations in the region is preferred.
- Previous exposure to performance management and training programs is a plus.
Working Hours:
- Full-time position with standard working hours (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), Monday to Friday.
- Occasional overtime may be required based on business needs.
