Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support Apple's business goals.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment.
- Talent Management: Lead efforts in talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies. Work with leadership to assess staffing needs and plan for future workforce requirements.
- Performance Management: Guide managers in the implementation of performance reviews, employee development programs, and succession planning.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and work to design and implement professional development programs that enhance employee skills and align with business objectives.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Utilize HR data and analytics to provide insights to senior leadership on key employee trends, engagement, retention, and other relevant metrics.
- Compliance: Ensure that all HR processes and activities comply with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices.
- Change Management: Lead change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational changes, mergers, or restructuring efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or managerial role.
- Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and organizational development techniques.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor and coach leaders and employees, creating a culture of growth and accountability.
- Technical Skills: Experience with HRIS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR tools.
Experience
- At least 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR functions.
- Proven success in managing employee relations, performance management, and talent management initiatives.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a demonstrated ability to successfully implement change management strategies.
Working Hours
- Full-time position with flexible working hours.
- Occasional travel may be required to other company locations or partner offices.
- Remote work options available, with the expectation of occasional in-office presence for team meetings and events.
