Key Responsibilities

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce or online sales support is preferred.
  • Platform Expertise: Experience with online sales platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Digital Marketing & SEO: Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO strategies.

Experience
