We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a voice process role. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Compensation Details

• Freshers: ₹29,600 CTC + Incentives up to ₹15,000 per shift
• Experienced (Skilled Candidates): Up to ₹35,000 CTC + ₹15,000 in shift incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on open cases

• Experience: Freshers welcome
• Education: Graduation required
