With a provider network of over 5,000 entities, including hospitals and specialty groups, we have been delivering innovative solutions to streamline workflows and enhance patient care since 2012.

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing Sales team. This role will work directly with Account Managers and the VP of Sales to identify prospects, generate interest, and set up qualified demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect Research: Identify target prospects using tools such as LinkedIn, Google, Seamless.ai, and HubSpot.
• Sales Development: Execute sales best practices through email, phone calls, and social media outreach to connect with new prospects.
• Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate interest in ChartRequest's ROI services.
• Data Management: Log and track information, conversations, and communications in the CRM system.
• Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a team environment to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure customer success.
• Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Strong English communication, presentation, and technical skills.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with excellent time management abilities.
• High-energy, persistent, and goal-oriented personality.
• Previous business development experience in technology or software (preferred).
