Job Description

Position: Travel Operations Executive

The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for handling client appointments, bookings, and providing a smooth travel experience. This role involves coordinating with various agencies, managing bookings, handling client queries, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Appointments and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with various departments.
  • Client Meetings and Support: Meet and assist clients, ensuring a smooth interaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Vouchers and Invoices: Prepare vouchers and invoices for clients.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with vendors (hotels, airlines) to arrange services.
  • Hotel Booking Assistance: Assist guests with hotel bookings and ensure smooth check-in processes.
  • Documentation: Prepare and provide necessary documents to the guests.
  • Flight and Hotel Confirmation: Reconfirm flight schedules and hotel bookings before the guest’s arrival.
  • Client Feedback: Gather client feedback and relay it to the operations team or head of operations.
  • Problem Solving: Coordinate with various agents to resolve client queries efficiently.
  • Foreign Client Handling: Manage interactions with international clients.
  • Tour Operations: Assist with handling tour operations and logistics.

Skills Required

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle foreign clients with professionalism.
  • Solid knowledge of Indian and subcontinent destinations.
  • Experience in tour operations and customer service.
  • Proficient in handling bookings and reconfirming schedules.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

  • Experience in travel operations, tour handling, or a related field (1 - 5 years).
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
