Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and addressing queries.
• Ensure timely and accurate baggage handling and labeling.
• Coordinate with security personnel to maintain safety protocols.

• Monitor boarding gates, announcements, and passenger schedules.
• Handle lost and found services and manage unclaimed baggage.
• Support airport operations during delays or emergency situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an asset).
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Basic computer literacy for managing bookings and systems.
• Physically fit to handle tasks such as lifting luggage.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Experience:

• No prior experience required; freshers are welcome to apply.
• Previous experience in customer service or aviation is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts, including morning, evening, and night shifts.
• A typical shift length of 8-9 hours, with appropriate breaks.

• Basic understanding of airport security protocols (training will be provided).
• Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently.
• Empathy, patience, and professionalism when interacting with diverse passengers.
