Job Brief

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Customer Service team. As a Customer Service Agent, you will interact with travelers from around the world and make a positive impact on their journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-call resolution for customer inquiries and online booking engine (OBE) support
• Assist with reservations, ticket issuance, and re-issuance
• Maintain high standards of customer service (e.g., call quality, emails, handling queues)
• Meet individual revenue and customer service targets
• Support new technology implementation and process improvements
• Stay updated on products, services, policies, and procedures
• Ensure data protection and confidentiality for staff and customers
• Act as the voice of the brand and provide support to other departments
• Comply with company regulations such as data protection and privacy laws
