Key Responsibilities

  • Ticketing Management: Oversee ticketing queues and manage new issuances and reissues.
  • EMD Fulfillment: Ensure Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD) fulfillment.
  • Fare Rule Interpretation: Accurately interpret airline fare rules and pricing structures.
  • Error Reporting: Identify and report errors in ticketing processes.
  • Supplier Liaison: Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve various issues and inquiries.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 3-4 years in ticketing fulfillment, including fare rule interpretation and reissuance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Amadeus and Saber/Travelport systems.
  • Shift Availability: Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
  • Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of IATA regulations and the logic behind carrier approvals.
  • Skills: Excellent multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with strong quantitative skills.
  • Education: Minimum education: Undergraduate (10+2 or equivalent).

Additional Skills

  • Ability to adapt to changes and work effectively under pressure.
  • Close collaboration with various departments to stay updated on changes and best practices.
