Job Summary:
Tesla is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Vendor Consultant to join our team in India. This role involves collaborating with vendors to optimize their performance, enhance their operations, and scale their businesses on the Tesla platform. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional vendor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned vendors, providing support and guidance to improve their performance metrics.
• Analyze vendor performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to vendors on optimizing pricing, inventory, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor concerns and streamline processes.
• Conduct regular business reviews with vendors, sharing updates on performance metrics and valuable insights.
• Assist vendors in implementing best practices to enhance their presence and sales on Tesla's platform.
• Drive vendor satisfaction and retention by building strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution of inquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in vendor management, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A problem-solving mindset focused on delivering results.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or e-commerce operations.
• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred.
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and marketplaces is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position with flexible working hours, including occasional weekend or evening support depending on business needs.

• Knowledge of e-commerce trends and vendor performance metrics.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
