Job Description:

We are hiring for Expedia Travel Process as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) in the inbound sales process. This role involves assisting customers in making travel bookings, providing support for reservations, and upselling travel-related services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel services and bookings

  • Upsell travel packages, flights, hotels, etc., to customers

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Address customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales


Skills & Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (spoken)

  • Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)

  • Comfort working in rotational shifts

  • GDS knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory)

  • Freshers and undergraduates are welcome to apply

  • Customer Care experience (Preferred but not mandatory)


Qualifications & Eligibility:

  • Graduates in any stream can apply

  • Undergraduates, Dropouts, Result Awaited, and 12th Pass candidates are also eligible

  • Freshers are encouraged to apply

  • 6 months of experience in international BPO is required for some positions
