We are hiring for Expedia Travel Process as a Customer Care Executive (CCE) in the inbound sales process. This role involves assisting customers in making travel bookings, providing support for reservations, and upselling travel-related services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries related to travel services and bookings
Upsell travel packages, flights, hotels, etc., to customers
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Address customer complaints, ensuring effective resolution
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales
Excellent communication skills (spoken)
Fluency in English and Hindi (Mandatory)
Comfort working in rotational shifts
GDS knowledge (Preferred but not mandatory)
Freshers and undergraduates are welcome to apply
