Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Study Abroad Consultant to provide online consultations for students aspiring to study abroad, especially in the UK. Your primary responsibility will be to guide students through the admission process, resolve queries, and drive high conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Student Consultations:

• Conduct one-on-one online sessions with students interested in studying abroad.

• Analyze students’ academic background, IELTS/PTE status, budget, and career goals to suggest suitable universities.

✅ Information & Guidance:

• Explain the admission process, visa requirements, tuition fees, and post-graduation work opportunities clearly.

• Address student concerns (e.g., visa approvals, financial issues, IELTS scores) and provide effective solutions.

✅ Lead Conversion:

• Follow up with prospective students via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls to convert leads into confirmed applicants.

• Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to maintain a high conversion rate.

✅ Research & Updates:

• Stay informed on the latest study requirements, scholarships, and UK visa policies.

• Perform independent research on relevant topics as assigned by the company.

Requirements

✅ Experience & Skills:

• Prior experience in study abroad consulting, sales, or counseling (preferred).

• Strong communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi/Punjabi.

• Knowledge of UK university admissions and visa procedures (training provided if required).

• Ability to handle objections and deliver clear solutions.

✅ Technical Proficiency:

• Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and WhatsApp.

• Ability to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini effectively.

• Deliver prepared presentations confidently in English and Hindi to convert leads into clients.

✅ Personal Attributes:

• Self-motivated and target-driven.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
