We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Admissions Counselor to drive inquiries and admissions for our online and blended learning programs. This role involves managing the entire sales lifecycle, from engaging with potential students to converting inquiries into admissions while collaborating with internal teams to optimize the admissions process.
Admissions & Sales:
Drive inquiries and admissions for online and blended learning programs.
Manage the entire sales lifecycle, including lead engagement, follow-ups, and final conversion.
Counseling & Communication:
Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, or in-person to suggest appropriate courses.
Provide accurate information and guide aspirants toward suitable programs.
Data Management:
Update and maintain MIS reports and track admissions data accurately.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing team to align marketing plans with admissions targets.
Collaborate with training vendors and the central training team to manage training resources and schedules.
Ensure compliance with training procedures to deliver and track training programs effectively.
Education:
MBA preferred (Graduates with relevant experience will also be considered).
Experience:
0 to 4 years of experience in counseling or sales, preferably in the education industry.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills:
Excellent written and spoken English with strong pitching abilities.
Customer Focus:
Ability to engage, convince, and guide prospective students confidently.
Technical Proficiency:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
