Job Opportunity: Quality Analyst (Travel Process)

???? Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Analyst to oversee the performance of the travel process team in a domestic/international BPO. The ideal candidate must have expertise in GDS systems (Amadeus & Galileo) and a strong understanding of Airline Debit Memos (ADMs).

Key Responsibilities

✔ Monitor & evaluate call/email transactions on a daily basis.
✔ Supervise team performance and provide constructive feedback.
✔ Conduct team meetings to discuss evaluation scores, errors, and best practices.
✔ Identify areas of improvement and conduct refresher training sessions.
✔ Ensure process/quality updates are communicated regularly.
✔ Analyze data & generate reports on team performance (weekly, fortnightly, and monthly).
✔ Provide insights & suggestions for process improvements and customer satisfaction.
✔ Participate in calibration sessions with Operations, Training, and Outsourced partners.
✔ Ensure quality targets and customer satisfaction metrics are met and exceeded.

Job Requirements

✅ Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in:

• Quality Analysis in a domestic/international BPO

• Travel Planning & Reservations

• E-Travel & GDS Systems (Galileo & Amadeus)

• Handling Airline Debit Memos (ADM)
  ✅ Skills:

• Strong customer service & problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in computer reservations systems & travel technology

• Ability to manage data & quality reports

• Fluency in Hindi & English (additional languages are a plus)
  ✅ Certification: IATA certification (Preferred)
