Key Responsibilities

• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
• Pick and load customer orders accurately and quickly.
• Inspect items for damage or defects before shipping.
• Help maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Handle and store items according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and workplace safety.
• Meet productivity targets while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking and inventory management.
• Ensure all work complies with safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures (preferred but not required).
• Ability to follow instructions and comply with safety regulations.
• Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer skills to track orders and manage inventory.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts) is a plus.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment is beneficial.

Working Hours

• This is a night shift position, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, or as required.
• Flexibility to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays is required.
• Shifts may vary depending on operational needs.
