Your Role: Solution Consultant

As a Solution Consultant, you will:
✔ Deep dive into industry-specific solutions to enhance our OMP software platform.
✔ Gather, analyze, and translate business & project requirements into software functionalities.
✔ Continuously improve industry solutions by developing and validating new features.
✔ Support implementation teams throughout the end-to-end project lifecycle.
✔ Act as a knowledge expert during and after implementation, ensuring seamless client support.

Your Team

As a Solution Consultant, you will be part of the Business Team within our Customer Solutions division. This team plays a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of industry solutions while supporting the Business and Delivery teams with specialized expertise.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

Must-Have:

???? Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
???? Technical Skills: Strong IT affinity with hands-on macro-coding experience (VBA).
???? Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems and develop effective solutions.
???? Communication Skills: Strong ability to interact with stakeholders and collaborate across teams.
???? Global Mindset: Willingness to work in an international, client-centric environment.
???? Flexibility: Willing to travel as required.

Nice-to-Have:

✅ Experience with SQL and version control systems.
✅ Knowledge of supply chain planning concepts.
✅ Additional language skills beyond English.
