• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies, incorporating them into the company’s social media practices.

• Handle social media crisis management and maintain a positive brand image.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager, Community Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Creativity and ability to create visually compelling content.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:
