Job Description

We are looking for a Retired Banking Officer (VRS) to manage legal, compliance, and operational responsibilities within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in legal advisory, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Legal Advisory & Compliance:

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to the management team on corporate matters.
• Address and resolve legal disputes, notices, and litigation in coordination with external legal counsel.
• Stay updated on laws and regulations to ensure compliance with all legal requirements.

✔ Regulatory & Public Service Coordination:

• Maintain effective communication with public service departments, including police and judiciary.
• Ensure adherence to local government and legal requirements.
• Conduct special audits as needed.

✔ Property & Real Estate Management:

• Manage and oversee family/group-owned and company-owned real estate properties, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance.
• Lead the identification and acquisition of a new office building by coordinating with real estate agents, legal teams, and stakeholders.

✔ Stakeholder & External Relations:

• Maintain relationships with external legal counsel, auditors, consultants, and police authorities to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Retired Banking Officer (VRS) with relevant experience in legal, compliance, and real estate matters.
✔ Strong knowledge of banking regulations, corporate governance, and legal frameworks.
✔ Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
✔ Ability to collaborate with external stakeholders, including legal teams and public service departments.
