Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on loans and financial products.
• Assist clients in evaluating loan options, including personal loans, home loans, and business loans.
• Assess clients' financial status and recommend appropriate financial products to meet their needs.
• Process loan applications and manage the documentation process.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and maintain long-term business associations.
• Stay updated on current financial products and market trends to offer relevant advice.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to loan applications and conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the underwriting team to ensure a smooth and timely approval process.
• Maintain records of interactions and transactions with clients for future reference.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of financial products, loan processes, and the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills to assess financial information and make informed recommendations.
• Proficiency in using banking software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Client-focused with the ability to build long-lasting relationships.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of experience as a credit counselor, financial advisor, or in a banking role is preferred.
• Experience in customer service and relationship management is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Coimbatore is a plus.

Working Hours:

• Full-time position.
• Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on business needs.
