Key Responsibilities

✔ Financial Reporting – Accurately create and maintain balance sheets, profit & loss reports, and financial statements.
✔ Accounts Management – Oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP).
✔ Bank Reconciliation – Ensure financial accuracy by reconciling bank statements.
✔ Payroll & Payments – Handle payroll processing, invoice management, and financial transactions.
✔ Budgeting & Forecasting – Monitor budgets, financial projections, and expenditure plans.
✔ Tax Compliance – Prepare tax returns while ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
✔ Audit Support – Assist in financial audits and coordinate with external auditors.
✔ Record Keeping – Maintain journal entries, ledgers, and accounting records.
✔ Financial Decision-Making – Generate financial reports and provide insights for decision-making.
✔ Policy Compliance – Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
✔ Risk & Cost Management – Support cost analysis and risk assessment to enhance financial efficiency.
✔ Team Collaboration – Work closely with internal teams to optimize financial performance.
