Amazon’s Quick Commerce Division (Amazon Now) is seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Instock Manager to lead product selection and inventory management. This is a key role in ensuring high in-stock rates, optimizing inventory strategies, and driving customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability.
The ideal candidate will have:

Maintain optimal in-stock rates for assigned categories/regions
Implement inventory strategies to improve sales, inventory turns, and overall stock health
Forecast and manage efficient inbound and outbound inventory flows
Monitor key performance indicators:
In-stock rate
Procurement lead time (PLT)
Fill rate
Forecast accuracy
Inventory turns
Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues and develop actionable plans
Manage multiple projects aimed at process improvements
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance tools and workflows
Focus on automating manual tasks to streamline purchasing and procurement
Work with product leaders to align on insights and product selection
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide data-driven insights
Ensure high-quality input gathering for selection processes
Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain project timelines and communication
???? Education & Experience:
3+ years of sales experience
4+ years of B2B sales experience
Proven experience in closing sales and generating revenue
Experience with analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
???? Skills & Tools:
Experience with sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar software)
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to influence C-level executives and key stakeholders
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Adaptability to rapidly changing business environments
